Honest and trustworthy are descriptions not normally associated with auto repair, but that was my impression of the owner at Japanese Automotive. I went in anticipating the possibility of a major repair bill because my Mitsubishi has 93,000 miles and was acting funny. I recieved a reliable diagnostic report and a minor repair bill instead of major costs and uncertainty about being ripped off. An amazing and very refreshing experience, which was not at all what I expected. And, the customer service was very good! I'll be back!Rod L.
