We had an issue where our KIA would not stay running, called Geico roadside assistance and they had the driver tow the car to Japanese Automotive. I was skeptical at first, but reluctantly agreed. After I got home I did some research and started reading reviews. I could not find a bad one. The next day, first thing in the morning I might add, I get a call from them. He tells me he will look into the issues with our car and let me know what they find. He calls back a couple hours later and says the oil was low, changed the oil, cleared all codes and noted the car runs like normal. They could have taken advantage of that and charged 100's if not 1000's more to fix it, but they did not. I am very picky about who I let work on my cars, but I trust the team at Japanese Auto. I highly recommend the team at Japanese Automotive, they are courteus, professional and their work will speak for itself.
