My husband and I have been taking our cars here for years. I used to have a Hyundai Santa Fe. Although, it's Korean-- Jody & staff were willing to work on my car but were very upfront that they were not as familiar with Korean-made cars. I appreciated their honesty. I started taking my RX350 to the nearby dealership because it is a lease and didn't realize that I could take it elsewhere. BIG MISTAKE. I have been repeatedly disappointed. I have often had to go back to get whatever they messed up fixed. I barely have the time to get there in the first place, much less go back again! The dealership never has any loaners. Even for big services! I felt like the cost of service didn't match the level & quality of service. My husband finally asked why I didn't just take my car back to JAP? He still takes his car there and is still satisfied. The entire staff is always friendly. I ask a lot of questions and they're always willing to describe the process, in detail, and encourage me to do the research, as well. (My Santa Fe had some issues from a previous accident) I work close by and they will drop me off and pick me up from work. AWESOME. I just got new tires, an alignment, and maintenance. They're not the cheapest but they are also not overpriced at all. Definitely worth it considering the excellent service received. Thank you guys!
