I am extremely happy with the advice, diagnosis and repair of the two family cars I have taken a number of times to Japanese Automotive. My daily use car is a 2006 Honda but, recently, I got an estimate of nearly $2,5000 from a local Ford service department to replace 10 parts (tie rods, sway bars, control arms, etc.) on the front suspension of my daughter's Ford Fusion (a car with 144,000 miles). Needless to say, that repair amount approaches the current value of the car. I had the repairs recommended by Japanese Automotive done for a total of $474 (which includes the front end alignment and $194 in parts I bought separately). We just drove it from Atlanta to Greensboro, NC and it performed wonderfully. No more Ford dealer service for me----I even tried calling three times to get a second quote from another Ford dealer further up GA 400 and they wouldn't even return my call! I am certain that I'm Japanese Automotive's happiest customer so far in 2016!
